I am Project Portfolio Manager and Head of PMO at Blue Byte, in which role I monitor the development progress of Blue Byte projects. I also happened to be responsible for the project staffing in the last years.
Coming from a business administration background I joined the games industry about 10 years ago - at first working in finance positions and then engaged more and more into the project management role. And I still love playing games.
