Nicolas Nottin (Nikko) has been working in the industry for over 8 years in community management and development, building strong communities for players and evangelists. Before joining flaregames GmbH, he previously worked at Square Enix Europe and Creative Assembly on multiple Console, PC and mobiles games.

As the Senior Community Development Specialist at flaregames, his role is to develop and execute short to long term community strategies for the pre & post launch phases of our mobile games to inform, educate, retain and entertain our players on a regular basis using modern, trending techniques and working with influencers.
