Born in Hertfordshire, England, Nicolas was raised around the world of motorsports alongside his older brother, three-time Formula One World Champion, Lewis Hamilton. Born with Cerebral Palsy, Nicolas has spent a lifetime overcoming physical disability to force his way into a motorsports career with a desire, passion, and grace that has made him into a coveted motivational speaker.

Nicolas’ racing career, for which he has worked so hard, began in 2010 when his smooth driving style at the wheel of a BMW M3 at PalmerSport earned him an MSA Novice Racing License with which he secured a seat in the Air Asia Renault Clio Cup. Success soon followed and saw him rise through the ranks into the cut-throat world of the European Touring Car Cup, and in Britain’s most popular racing series, the British Touring Car Championship.
When he’s not turning the wheel of a race car, Nicolas is a member of Channel 4’s ‘Dream Team’ lineup of presenters for their Formula One TV coverage in the UK.
