Manny Diaz is a Level Design Director at Reflections, a Ubisoft studio, and he has 12 years of industry experience. Born in Los Angeles and raised in a Southern California suburb, Manny graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature. He originally worked in Hollywood as a Production Assistant, Script Reader and Writer on independent and major studio films.

Manny joined the video games industry in 2004 as a tester on the original Star Wars Battlefront. Along the way, he has been a Production Coordinator, Associate Producer, Lead Mission Designer and Lead Level Designer. He has worked on numerous titles including Mercenaries I and II, Full Spectrum Warrior: Ten Hammers, Ford Mustang: The Legend Lives, The Saboteur, Saints Row The Third and Watch_Dogs.

Manny's role on Tom Clancy's The Division saw him guiding the many of the game's main missions and directing the whole open world experience across all collaborating studios. His efforts included breakthrough work on the Underground Expansion which enabled procedural generation of game content beneath the streets of New York.
