Description
Excel and a set of Steam sales data is going to be used to demonstrate how you can efficiently do very complex sales reports including promotion efficiency, compare different games sales from day 1 sales, year on year sales and sales per type of game or genre. This is achieved with some pre-calculations and cross-referencing other databases with product and promotion date information. Excel Pro 2013 including Power Pivot will be used for the demo to show how to easily use  Excels hidden features and analyse millions of transactions which isn’t possible in a simple spreadsheet. But in the end the presentation is really about how to make the data turn into information and give you critical insights into your business.
