Black Forest Games is a studio with 60 developers founded in 2012. Its business is build on three pillars: Work-for-hire, Selfpublishing, Non-Games. The talk is about the story of Black Forest Games incl. foundation, strategy setting and execution, challenges, mistakes, learnings. The talk focuses on the managing part, finance, marketing, finding a company and product strategy, selfpublishing, publisher deals, leadership. It will come with concrete tips and infos and will give deep insights into the studio.
